Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. US orders take about 3-7 business days.
Q. Is it safe to submit credit card information over the internet?
A. We use secure server software (SSL) that encrypts your credit card and personal information plus all sensitive information is secured in locked cabinets.
Q. Does your web site protect and respect my privacy (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address)?
A. We do not share or sell any personal information from our customers.
Q. May I ship items to another address or person?
A. Yes. If you want to send items to friends or family, our shopping cart program has an optional shipping field.
Q. What payment options are there?
A. Tsunami Big and Tall accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept personal checks, COD, or wire transfers.
Q. Do you ship to Canada?
A. Yes, we ship to Canada. Order as usual and the shipping rate will be shown when you checkout. Canada shipments are sent via United States Post Office Air.
Q. Do you do international orders?
A. Currently, we ship to England, Australia, and Japan. Please email us for international requests.
